- If you are 15 minutes late to your session, a $40 late fee will be applied.
- If you arrive 30 minutes or more late, a $100 late fee will be enforced. Please note that you will not gain extra session time unless you book an additional hour.
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. If you cancel within the 48-hour window, your booking deposit may be applied to a future session, but it must be fulfilled within 60 days of the original booking.
- All deposits are non-refundable.
- If you do not cancel and/or reschedule within 48 hours of your session, you will not receive a refund or credit towards a future session, meaning you will have to pay your deposit again to reschedule.
- No-call/no-shows will result in a permanent ban from future bookings.
- In the rare event that Goddess Lola Monae needs to cancel, your deposit will be returned to your original form of payment within 48 hours or applied to a future date.
